Duties and taxes are NOT included on all international orders. The charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials.  
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
Please note, If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, it will be sent back to us and you will not be refunded.
Processing time for orders is 1-7 business days.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30pm. 

Once your order has been printed and packed, it will be shipped out using the following carriers: DHL EXPRESS and AUSTRALIA POST. 


We offer Express ONLY for domestic orders and Express & Standard shipping for all international orders

EXPRESS 1- 5 Business days
Express: 1-10 Business days
Standard: 5-35 Business days
Sometimes parcels may get held at customs which will increase the arrival time.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only.  

Effn Clothing is not responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly. 

*Free shipping on all orders above $199 AUD is only valid for Australian orders and is not valid for wholesale orders.


Effn Clothing will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.


Effn is strictly only responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Effn is strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient, changed or incorrect address given.
